Senior Associate, HRBP

📋 Description

• Act as advisor to employees, managers, and leaders; champion department changes.
• Support managers in performance management, coaching, advancement, and recognition.
• Run HRBP ops: calibration, reviews, compensation, headcount planning, development.
• Resolve employee relations issues; train managers; partner on complex matters.
• Use data and tools to influence business decisions.
• Help design and implement People Team programs and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years HR/People experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company.
• BA or higher degree in HR or related field.
• Passion for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of HR best practices.
• Scrappy, with a “no task too big or small” attitude.
• Bright, self-directed and curious; loves startups and tech.
