📋 Description

• Professionally clean Vacasa properties to standards.
• Create a welcoming environment by ensuring homes are clean.
• Inspect cleans and note damages; create maintenance tickets.
• Mentor, train, and support new and existing Housekeepers.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and management.
• Cross-cover for manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with smartphones and personal email.
• Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices.
• Flexible schedule; early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; Vacasa training provided.
