📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and on-site staff
• Maintain clear logs at the front desk for people and packages
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document them for management
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs)
• Wisconsin Private Security License preferred
