Seasonal Sales Associate - Markville (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking)

📋 Description

• Create a comfortable, uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customer preferences and recommend products.
• Lead product fittings to ensure correct size first time.
• Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment – and wear it, too!
• Ensure all products are merchandised to reflect our brand and drive sales.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Continually work to improve cleanliness, set-up and organization in all areas of the store.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Warm, can-do demeanour.
• Team player who collaborates.
• Resourceful with strong issue resolution.
• Affinity for Knix products and mission.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; 18+.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to move through the store for long shifts.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (or both).
