  • Assist the Operations team in the local market; prep homes for guest check-in/out.
  • Travel between units delivering supplies and aiding guests.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks; troubleshoot appliances, cable, wifi.
  • Remove trash from homes and maintain maintenance supplies.
  • Order, maintain and replenish maintenance inventory.
  • Meet Standard Unit Appearance and assist housekeeping as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality or maintenance preferred.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile apps, tablets and software platforms.
  • Reliable transportation; frequent travel between worksites.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Clear communication and customer-service oriented.
  • Valid driver's license; own vehicle may be required.
