- Must have legal right to work in the USA
- Must have at least 5 years of residency in the SF Bay Area
- Own a reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license
- Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend availability, including Sundays
- Experience in relocation or moving assistance preferred
