  • Manage daily operations of the assigned portfolio of homes.
  • Assist with guest/homeowner inquiries by email, calls, and tickets.
  • Conduct inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
  • Resolve issues; partner with management on escalated items.
  • Support onboarding of new units with the Business Development team.
  • Provide cross-functional support; other duties as assigned.

  • Hospitality or vacation industry experience preferred.
  • Strong time management with the ability to switch activity frequently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with digital systems, mobile apps, and software.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between worksites.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
