- Assists in daily operations of the assigned home portfolio.

- Collaborate with management on escalated issues and process improvements.
- Support new units joining the portfolio with the Business Development team.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites and requires reliable transportation.
