  • Assists in daily operations of the assigned home portfolio.
  • Help address escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
  • Perform light maintenance (bulbs, hinges, unclog a toilet, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections before guest/owner arrivals.
  • Collaborate with management on escalated issues and process improvements.
  • Support new units joining the portfolio with the Business Development team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to interruptions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps.
  • This role involves frequent travel between worksites and requires reliable transportation.
