  • Manage daily operations for a portfolio of vacation homes.

  • Perform light maintenance (bulbs, hinges, unclog toilets).
  • Conduct inspections prior to guest/owner arrivals.
  • Assist BD and management when new units join.
  • Provide cross-functional support; other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar.
  • Excellent time management; ability to switch tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with digital systems and mobile apps.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
