📋 Description

• Manage daily operations for assigned portfolio of homes.
• Address escalated guest/homeowner concerns via emails, calls, tickets.
• Perform light maintenance (bulbs, hinges, unclog toilets).
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections for guests and owners.
• Assist the Business Development Representative and management with new unit onboarding.
• Support cross-functional teamwork; other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
• Excellent time management; able to handle interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital systems and mobile apps.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
