📋 Description

• Manage daily operations for a portfolio of vacation homes.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and guest/homeowner inquiries.
• Perform light maintenance and pre-arrival inspections.
• Support cross-functional work as new units join the portfolio.
• Travel between worksites; adapt to evolving hospitality needs.
• Other duties as assigned in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or vacation industry experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in housekeeping or maintenance.
• Excellent time management; adapt to changing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with mobile apps and various software.
• Reliable personal transportation required for travel between worksites.
