Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rentals per company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe all surfaces.
• Move furniture to access under and behind for cleaning.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming, clean guest environment.
• Note damages and create maintenance tickets.
• Remove trash and debris; follow disposal rules.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend meetings.
• Replenish soaps and paper supplies.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping exp is a bonus; training available.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile apps and tablets.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; works independently.
• Comfortable talking to guests and owners; clear communication.
