📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linens as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by keeping homes clean.
• Identify damages and note repairs; create maintenance tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry highly preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; we can train.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and apps; comfortable using mobile devices.
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation is essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—clear, positive communication.
