📋 Description

• Clean and maintain vacation rental homes to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe all surfaces.
• Move furniture to access areas to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linens as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment with clean, stocked homes.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend required meetings.
• Replenish soaps and paper products.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience not required; training available.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps/tablets and digital systems.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, self-motivated; team-focused.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate with others.
• Strong communication with guests and homeowners.
