Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under/behind; assist with laundry and linens.
• Create a welcoming environment by ensuring homes are clean and stocked.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets; collect trash and debris.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend mandatory meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental preferred.
• Housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; training available.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems; comfortable with mobile apps and tablets.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently yet collaborate.
• Comfortable talking to people online or in person; represent the company.
