📋 Description

  • Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
  • Move furniture to clean under and behind.
  • Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
  • Identify and note damages or needed repairs; create maintenance tickets as necessary.
  • Collect and remove trash and debris.
  • Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics.
  • Attend mandatory individual and team meetings.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed; on-site training provided.
  • Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
  • Tech-savvy with digital systems; comfortable using mobile apps and tablets.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
  • Dependable, self-motivated; reliable attendance.
  • Independent worker who collaborates well with others.
  • Able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
