• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to access area under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment by keeping homes clean.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience a plus; training available.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems; comfortable with mobile apps.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently yet team-focused.
• Comfortable talking to people and representing the company.
