Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties per company standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface washing.
• Move furniture as needed to clean under/behind; assist with laundry and linen.
• Create a welcoming environment; ensure homes are clean and stocked.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend mandatory team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience a bonus but trainable.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems; comfortable using mobile apps and tablets.
• Reliable transportation due to travel between worksites.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable talking to people and representing the company.
