📋 Description

• Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to standards.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under/behind; assist with laundry.
• Create welcoming environments for guests and owners.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend mandatory meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; training provided.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems, mobile apps, tablets, software.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently and in teams.
• Comfortable communicating clearly online or in person.
