Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties per company standards.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing surfaces.
• Move portable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests; note damages and create maintenance tickets.
• Replenish consumables and maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry is highly preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but training is available.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps/tablets/software.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable talking to people and representing the company positively.
