Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties per company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces.
• Move furniture as needed to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen; replenish consumables.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests; note damages and file maintenance tickets.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend mandatory meetings; other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus; training available.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and software.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently within a team.
• Comfortable talking to people and representing the company positively.
