Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean vacation rental properties to standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust surfaces.
• Move furniture to access areas under/behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners.
• Note damages and create maintenance tickets as needed.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Meet housekeeping metrics and attend meetings.
• Replenish soaps and paper products.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
• Other duties as assigned in hospitality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience a bonus but not required.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems; comfortable using mobile apps and tablets.
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently within a team.
• Comfortable talking with guests online or in person; positive representation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
