🎯 Requirements

- 2 years basic property maintenance experience preferred
- Basic appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry
- Tech-savvy with experience using mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms
- Excellent time management and reliability; able to handle interruptions
- Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required
