📋 Description

  • Assist housekeeping operations to keep homes clean and cared for.
  • Support scheduling, tickets, ordering and organizing supplies.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party housekeeping vendors.
  • Meet company standards and metrics such as NPS and unit appearance.
  • Be part of on-call coverage rotation within the housekeeping team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other internal support teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus; training provided.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and inspection processes preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps/tablets.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
