• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental homes to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to access hard-to-reach areas.
• Assist with laundry and linens as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners.
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation settings preferred; training available.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems, mobile apps, tablets, and software.
• Reliable transportation; travel between worksites may be required.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable talking to guests and owners; clear, positive communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to varied shifts.
