📋 Description

  • Conduct inspections before/after stays; document issues via task systems
  • Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness
  • Leave hospitality touches for arriving guests (gifts, notes)
  • Handle basic maintenance (bulbs, TV resets) and coordinate with Maintenance for larger issues
  • Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resets, tidying, trash removal
  • Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest needs when dispatched

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing all day
  • Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
  • Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
