Conduct inspections before/after stays; document issues via task systems
Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness
Leave hospitality touches for arriving guests (gifts, notes)
Handle basic maintenance (bulbs, TV resets) and coordinate with Maintenance for larger issues
Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resets, tidying, trash removal
Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest needs when dispatched

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing all day
Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
