Conduct inspections before and after guest stays to meet brand standards
Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness
Leave hospitality touches such as gifts and welcome notes for guests
Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with Maintenance for larger issues
Support turnovers with bedmaking, décor resets, tidying, and trash removal
Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest issues when dispatched

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in hospitality, property care, or related field
Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Able to follow checklists and brand standards
Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and standing/walking
Strong communication and service-minded attitude
Comfortable using mobile apps and task tracking tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
