- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Follow checklists and brand standards consistently
- Physically lift 25+ lbs and walk/stand throughout the day
- Strong communication and service-minded attitude
- Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
