• Deliver/refill beverages; pre-buss tables; resolve guest requests.

• Maintain beverage levels and keep work areas stocked and clean.

• Clean tables and set them per property standards.

• Complete opening/closing duties and daily side-work as assigned.

• Answer phone in a courteous, efficient manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
\n
• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
\n
• Effective listening to understand and clarify concerns.
\n
• Dependable and prepared; on-time attendance is key.
\n
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
\n
• Comfortable talking to people and sharing information clearly.
