🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or process management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience reporting bugs and ticket management is a plus
