• Basic math; cash handling; POS procedures.
• Inventory knowledge; safe rotation of beverages.
• State liquor or food certificate where applicable.
• Dependable and prepared; on-time; guest-focused.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently; team player.
• Clear, thoughtful communication; represents the company.
