📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day sea cargo import/export shipments.
• Issue and monitor transport/clearance documents.
• Interface with customers to provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with agents/carriers and resolve delays.
• Ensure timely export of ocean freight.
• Support training and internal development.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably 2+ years Ocean Import or Export experience.
• Great customer service skills.
• Knowledge of CargoWise.
• Knowledge of Customs Procedures.
• Open to learning new tasks and developing your career.
• Ideally educated to degree level.
