  • Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and team culture.
  • Source and attract college grads and early-career talent for SDR roles via campus events.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Build relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student groups.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for skills and fit.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in college recruiting, preferably for sales or high-volume entry-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes candidates successful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about a positive candidate experience and BrightEdge's campus brand.
  • On-site in Chicago.
