- 1β2 years of experience in college recruiting, preferably for sales or high-volume entry-level roles.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes candidates successful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about a positive candidate experience and BrightEdge's campus brand.
- On-site in Chicago.
