🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in SDR or Sales Development management with outbound targets.
  • Strong coaching and people development mindset.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sequencing, personalization, and qualification.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent).
  • Experience in international SaaS/tech and cross-functional collaboration.
