- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes, lead gen, and pipeline
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity
- Experience implementing AI and automation in SDR activities
- Experience scaling SDRs in a B2B SaaS company
