π― Requirements
- 2β3 years of sales development leadership experience (SDR/BDR)
- Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, meeting control
- Comfortable with Salesforce and SDR tools (Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator)
- High standards for execution, clarity, and measurement
- Nice to have: Metrics-driven with defined cadences, SLAs, and stage criteria
- Nice to have: Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, energy, or data centers
