🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales development leadership experience (SDR/BDR)
  • Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, meeting control
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and SDR tools (Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • High standards for execution, clarity, and measurement
  • Nice to have: Metrics-driven with defined cadences, SLAs, and stage criteria
  • Nice to have: Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, energy, or data centers
