π― Requirements
- At least 2 years managing a Lead Generation Team
- Salesforce expertise is a must
- Collaborative and excels working with cross-functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Operations
- Provide detailed analysis, reporting and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other data sources
- Mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your SDRs
- Nice to have: Fluent in French or German
