- 1+ year of management experience (SDR or Sales)
- Strong outbound experience; not just inbound
- Proven track record leading a high-performing team
- Familiar with SFDC, DemandBase, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Databook, and Sales Navigator
- Analytical and data-driven; able to generate reports and identify trends
