  • Lead a high-performing SDR team with clear daily/weekly/monthly quotas and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years leading SaaS or tech sales/SDR teams.
  • Experience with SFDC and Outreach, Gong.io, LeanData.
  • Enablement/onboarding programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven KPI attainment and pipeline growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, enablement, and product marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
