- 2+ years leading SaaS or tech sales/SDR teams.
- Experience with SFDC and Outreach, Gong.io, LeanData.
- Enablement/onboarding programs in a high-growth environment.
- Proven KPI attainment and pipeline growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, enablement, and product marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
