🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building production backend systems in Go
- Deep knowledge of the Go ecosystem: std lib, goroutines, modules
- Experience building SDKs, libraries, CLI tools, or dev-facing products
- Comfort working across multiple languages and ecosystems
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in async or globally distributed teams
