🎯 Requirements

Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams (6+ years).
Jira administration and reporting; coach teams.
AI-driven Agile tools experience (AI backlog, analytics).
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Aha! or similar tools.
Led multi-team Agile initiatives; managed dependencies.
Mentored other Scrum Masters.
Strong leadership and cross-team communication.
Experience delivering SaaS product across business units.
