- Mentor teams in SAFe and Agile scaling
- Track metrics and report velocity, burn-down, and sprint health
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- JIRA and Confluence; MS Teams familiarity
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, or national defense projects
