Be the scrum master for at least two scrum teams with remote team members
Help the scrum team focus on high-value increments that meet the definition of done
Remove impediments to the scrum team's progress
Track dependencies and ensure cross-team initiatives stay on schedule
Ensure all scrum events are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
Help implement techniques for effective product goal definition and backlog management

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 4 yrs product/project dev on agile teams, or 3 yrs agile
Current Certified Scrum Master
Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, coaching skills
Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
Data analysis and reporting skills
