Facilitate all ceremonies for multiple teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
Guide teams on estimating features and commitments.
Collaborate with external teams to remove blockers; represent teams at Scrum of Scrums.
Work with Product Owners to set OKRs linked to epics in JIRA.
Establish agile metrics across teams to improve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
Mentor and drive process improvements within the team.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a Scrum Master role; strong Agile knowledge; certification is a plus.
Experience as Scrum Master for globally distributed teams.
Expert in Jira and Confluence.
Working knowledge of OKRs and Jira OKR integration.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across a global org.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
