Facilitate ceremonies for multiple teams: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews.
Guide estimation of features and capabilities for realistic commitments.
Collaborate with external teams to resolve blockers; represent teams at ceremonies.
Partner with Product Owners to set OKRs linked to epics in Jira/backlog.
Establish standard agile metrics to improve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
Mentor and drive process improvements within the team.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Scrum Master role with Agile expertise
Experience leading multiple globally distributed teams
Expert in Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of OKRs in Jira
Ability to motivate teams to own processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
