Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Mentor teams in SAFe and scaling Agile practices.
Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience supporting Agile teams.
CSM or similar industry certification.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; MS Teams familiarity.
Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interest in AI/ML pipelines or defense projects.
