Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, POs, and engineers to plan and deliver on time.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive team-level improvement.
Identify dependencies/risks during Big Room Planning for OKRs and capacity.
Support Product Owner with backlog prioritization and discovery.
Build a high-performing, self-organizing team; remove impediments.
Implement Agile quality practices like TDD, BDD, and CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in Project Management and Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
PSM I or CSM preferred.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Jira Align or similar tools.
Experience with SaaS product development or large-scale solutions.
Strong communication and ability to influence without authority.
