📋 Description

• Scrum Implementation: Lead refinement of Agile ceremonies across multiple teams.
• Transparency & Delivery: Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and forecasts.
• Dependency Management: Coordinate across Mobile, Backend, FW, QA, and AI teams.
• Roadmap & Quarterly Planning: Support roadmaps aligned with quarterly goals.
• Jira Management: Own Jira workflows, automations, and reporting for scale.
• AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Scrum Master/PM/Delivery Manager or R&D Ops in high-tech.
• Proactive, resourceful, can-do mindset; drives outcomes in complex environments.
• Proven record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable impact.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Jira Administrator experience (incl. JQL, automations, dashboards) - advantage.
