🎯 Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required at award and maintained
- 10+ years leading agile software teams using Scrum/SAFe
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in DoD/federal government contracting environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Certifications per DoD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01-M
