🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
- CSM or PSM I certification is a plus.
- 3+ years leading software projects; 1 year as Scrum Master.
- Proficient with JIRA and Confluence; extract reports.
- Knowledge of Scrum patterns; Kanban and FDD familiarity.
- Experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI and automated testing.
